Concerned with her lack of upper breast fullness after breast feeding her daughter, this 22-year-old patient from Mooresville, NC sought breast enhancement with board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Adam Augenstein. She found it difficult to find dresses and fitted tops that looked flattering.

After reviewing her options with Dr. Augenstein during her consultation, they both settled on 345 Natrelle Inspira Silicone breast implants to restore both volume and shape to her breasts. Working through the inframammary crease, Dr. Augenstein placed the implants under the chest muscle and increased her breast size to a 34C.
